At Fitness Trainers To Go Inc. we do strictly in-home personal training throughout the entire Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. We understand that most membership gyms require their personal training staff to solicit people that are exercising to become personal training clients. Nobody enjoys that process, neither the trainer nor the prospective client. Instead of imposing quotas on our staff we let you spend your time becoming the best trainer you can be.
Through the continuing education that we provide and the full schedules that you’ll enjoy you’ll quickly understand why we’ve become the best place for top personal trainers in Dallas to work.

Our philosophy is a little different, we realize some personal trainers just want to train and others want to sell. If you want to do both great, but if you prefer to just train we’re happy to accommodate you by providing you customers that have already signed up for in-home training. No more begging for clients, no more quotas, no more vitamin sales, no more dealing with people that can’t afford your service, just train.
We don’t base our employee’s pay on the number of certifications the trainer has earned. Instead we base earnings on customer satisfaction. So the happier your clients are the more money you make. Bottom line, the amount you earn is entirely up to you.
We are now hiring part time and full time Certified Personal Trainers/Yoga Instructors. All candidates must have a nationally recognized personal training certification, yoga certification, or a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a sports science field like Kinesiology.

Easy Home Exercise: Foam Roller Unstable Lunge. This exercise is great for strengthening the lower body while providing balance/stability for the hips, knees, and ankles. To perform this exercise correctly:
- Begin a stride length behind the foam roller while placing the front foot widthwise on the foam roller.
- Make sure to keep both feet pointing forward, the hips and shoulders squared, and the stomach contracted throughout the range of motion.
- Begin the motion by lowering the back knee towards the floor in a 90 degree angle, while keeping the stomach contracted make sure the knee does not touch the ground and stay on the toes on the back foot.
- Make sure that the front leg also goes into a 90 degree angle.
- Return to starting position and continue for 12 to 15 repetitions.
- Repeat with other leg.
