I’m 46 yr old Fitness Trainers To Go client going on a yr now. I have never exercised regularly in my life. So far I have lost 15 lbs and gained a much more toned physic. My Fitness Trainers To Go trainer is fabulous. She personally fits each my workouts to my overall goal of losing weight but more importantly to become a more healthy person. Fitness Trainers To Go assigned Ade to train me. I have to say that Ade is everything I was looking for in a trainer. He is in great shape which is a big motivator for me because it makes me think, “Hey, if I keep this up I will look like Ade.” But he is prompt and personable and very motivating. If I had to choice one thing to say that was the most impressed with about Ade it would have to be that he is real. He doesn’t have to pretend like he is this super human guy. I decided to get a personal trainer because I decided it was worth making in investment in myself. My 50th birthday is looming large and I’m carrying about 40 lbs I could certainly live without and osteoporosis runs in my family so it was time to get serious and getting a fitness trainer was the right answer for me. This is Catherine Knighten and I do want to tell you that Fitness Trainers To Go has been very beneficial to me. I have had two knees replaced and my first trainer came after my first knee was replaced and before the second one was there was a hiatus in between the two. When I was getting my second knee replaced and I did change trainers. This was not a problem, they talked with each other and my training has gone along very well. I have been picked up so that I’m being taken care of with skills and friendliness, a lot of different kind of exercises so that I am not bored with the same exercises day after day. My trainer has been here on time and she spends the whole hour with me. It is a delight to have her here. She is fun to talk to and she is also all business when it comes to making sure I am getting better on my walking. So this has been a good experience for me and I plan on continue doing it. Hi my name Sally Thomas and I have been using our trainer for about a month now and I am doing it with a friend. We both have about the same weight lose goals and we are both mom’s which we both have three kids. We love our trainer, we have her three mornings a week. She mixes it up she uses different equipment, she runs all over the house. We run up the stairs and down the stairs, we run to the park, we do everything so it doesn’t get boring. She is always on time, when we had to change it, she has been very accommodating, she’s just great. So that’s all I have to say. I don’t know if I am allowed to say her name. Easy Home Exercise: Foam Roller Unstable Lunge
Easy Home Exercise: Foam Roller Unstable Lunge. This exercise is great for strengthening the lower body while providing balance/stability for the hips, knees, and ankles. To perform this exercise correctly:

  1. Begin a stride length behind the foam roller while placing the front foot widthwise on the foam roller.
  2. Make sure to keep both feet pointing forward, the hips and shoulders squared, and the stomach contracted throughout the range of motion.
  3. Begin the motion by lowering the back knee towards the floor in a 90 degree angle, while keeping the stomach contracted make sure the knee does not touch the ground and stay on the toes on the back foot.
  4. Make sure that the front leg also goes into a 90 degree angle.
  5. Return to starting position and continue for 12 to 15 repetitions.
  6. Repeat with other leg.
